Consultation

A 30 minute consultation is available free of charge. To schedule a consultation email me at MyTrueSelfWellness@protonmail.com

Sessions (ADD FEE SECTION)

  • Virtual sessions are available Mondays through Thursdays.
  • In-person sessions are available Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Cancellations/Reschedules

  • I request 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule sessions as each appointment time is reserved specially for you. The full session fee is payable after the 48 hour cancellation period.
  • Consultations are no charge but a re-booking charge applies for a late cancellations.

Communication

In the interest of your privacy and effectiveness of therapy, all communications occur in session, except administrative matters such as, scheduling and fees.

Insurance coverage

Please check if your health plan covers registered psychotherapists. Psychotherapy is practiced by different professions, such as psychologists, registered social workers, and medical doctors.
